History

Sportika Export Inc. was established in the early 1990's through the partnership of Richard White and Barry Griffing. Their combined years of experience and expertise as successful local business entrepreneurs and their direct involvement in the health food and international vitamin sales industries lead them to recognize the sports nutrition niche market for overseas distribution of high quality, US brand products. This specialty marketing to multi-line, multi-national distribution networks throughout the world has proven to be of significant value to both the importing distributor and the exporting vendor. Sportika Export's earlier experience in the domestic distribution arena provided the product knowledge and grass roots level experience that is a fundamental ingredient in the successful liaison between the manufacturer and eventual end user. Richard White’s expertise, coming from years of being head of International Sales of Strength System USA in the late 80’s, provided him with a wealth of knowledge and contacts from around the world. During one of the largest booms in the Sport Nutrition industry in the mid to late 90’s, it became apparent that many companies wanted to focus on the development of their domestic sales. Providing the service of a one-stop Export Company for American brands, Sportika Export’s sales and client base expanded rapidly to the current 130+ countries we service today.
